Sónia Oliveira has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Administration, from the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração de Lisboa (1997). She has a degree in Auditing, from the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração de Lisbon (1997), with a Postgraduate degree in Advanced Taxation, from Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of the Catholic University of Lisbon (2006). She has an Executive Master’s degree in Audit and Management Control, from the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of the Catholic University of Porto (2010). He completed the Executive MBA at AESE Business School (2022).
She is a Non-Executive Director at Finanfarma, a financial company of the ANF Group, and Director of Corporate Finance and Financial Director at the ANF Group and Glintt, in Lisbon. She is also an Official Accounting Technician (Certified Accountant).
Previously, she was responsible for the Administrative and Financial Department of Everis Portugal and, simultaneously as Senior Manager – she was invited to be responsible for creating and leading the Corporate Finance department for the entire Everis Group in Madrid, having participated in and led several projects international and functionally supervised several offices (namely Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Italy).
