The Human Factor in the Organisation
Senior Teaching fellow
Graduated in Law at UCP in Lisbon. She completed the 17th PDE at AESE and Negotiation, Public Speaking and Management of Large Customer Accounts short programs at AESE. She holds a Postgraduate degree, at Católica, in Marketing and another in Strategic People Management, in addition she took two weeks at INSEAD, at OWP, and a 6-month Leadership program at Católica.
She began her professional life as a lawyer. She has lived in Argentina for 2 years, returned to law, but 1 year later she embraced a project in the agroindustry as a salesperson, later as a Key Account and, finally, as Iberian Commercial Director, a period during which the company grew 13 times and is today a reference in the sector. After 14 years she embraced the challenge of founding the people and culture area in this same organization, contributing to the reorganization of the company and the company’s cultural transformation.
To strongly face this new challenge, she completed a postgraduate course at Católica in Strategic People Management, at Porto Business School, in Performance Management, in Cultural Transformation and Leadership, at Insead, and obtained a Certification in Coaching.
She is currently L&D Manager at Carmo Wood and Executive Coach.
At AESE she is a teaching fellow in the area of Human Factor in the Organization and is part of the coaching team.
It is part of the Catholic summer camp organization, Sairef, which annually welcomes 60 young people, between 15 and 18 years old, and a team of 20 monitors, between 20 and 25 years old.
