Paula Guedes has a degree in Economics from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and she is a senior specialist in talent management with international experience as a manager, consultant, trainer and coach. Her vision is to help: “People grow through Meaningful Work and a Meaningful Life”.
For the last 18 years, she has worked in Human Resources, leading a wide range of projects and units at Bank Millennium (Poland), Millennium bcp (Portugal, Angola, Mozambique). At an earlier stage in his career, he worked in Retail Banking, leading sales teams.
Her main passion is to contribute innovative, inspiring and sustainable solutions to make development happen in the lives of people and organizations.
