Measuring ethical corporate culture: the importance of the crucial take aways
Every company, every team, has its own culture.Culture can be hard to describe but at its heart it represents the behaviours that are encouraged and rewarded, which shape the unique sense of the way things are done and in turn define what it ‘feels like’ to work there.
Culture is important to people, but hard to assess. In this session,
Guen will present some results from recent IBE research to understand how it is important to assess and measure an organisation’s corporate ethical culture. In particular, she will leverage on the results of the latest IBE Ethics at Work: survey of employees to discuss some practical considerations that can help organisations strengthening their ethical culture.
