Cada caso, cada debate, cada desafio analisado, nos leva a repensar nossas práticas e nos incentiva a sentir a necessidade de uma constante evolução.
Saímos daqui com uma visão renovada, mais abrangente e com ferramentas necessárias para enfrentar os desafios do mundo empresarial.
Mas, o meu maior agradecimento é aos meus colegas de curso. Recordarei sempre com carinho os três dias em Madrid, onde mergulhamos em uma experiência única de aprendizado e convivência. Foi nesse cenário desafiador e estimulante que nos conhecemos melhor, compartilhando momentos fortalecemos nossos laços. Espero bem que as amizades que construímos aqui, nos acompanhem ao longo de nossas carreiras porque se algo tenho aprendido na jornada da vida, é que o valor das conexões humanas vai muito além dos negócios. Deixa uma marca a nível profissional , porque passamos a ter uma visão totalmente diferente da envolvência empresarial, mas também a nível humano.
Apesar de ir com expetativas elevadas (por conversas com anteriores participantes) a forma como é apresentado todo o programa supera tudo o que possamos idealizar. Realço a importância como tudo está estruturado , mas o método do caso é algo que eleva a aprendizagem.
Começamos por fazer uma análise do caso a nível individual, em que temos a nossa realidade e tomamos sempre as melhores decisões estamos sempre certos que é assim a 100% . Quando passamos para a fase da partilha, em que analisamos em grupo começamos a ver realidades diferentes, decisões que se ajustam e que podem ter melhor resultado do que a que tínhamos idealizado sozinhos, começamos aprender com os outros participantes e vemos outras realidades. O grande momento de aprendizagem é na sessão de aula em que em todas as aulas somos surpreendidos com abordagens e formas de partilhar conhecimento muito fáceis de assimilar e entender, por professores excepcionais.
Num programa de gestão e liderança, no final vemos o valor das pessoas, o fator humano transversal a todos os casos e a importância das pessoas nas organizações. Tudo passa por gerirmos bem recursos humanos ou outros e liderarmos pelo nosso exemplo, mostramos isso por sermos capazes de partilhar formações como a que tive oportunidade de ter. Sem dúvida o grande desafio é saber partilhar tanto conhecimento adquirido com todas as equipas que gerimos.
Todos já começamos a sentir falta das opiniões no grupo e tentarmos prever o que iremos falar na aula.

Permitiu-me ter uma visão transversal das organizações e que os problemas são similares independentemente do tipo de negócio. A componente de comportamento humano para mim foi enriquecedora, focou a minha atenção na importância das pessoas, como as podemos motivar e como podemos trabalhar na nossa própria motivação. O incentivo da AESE para o autoconhecimento e para a busca do nosso propósito, aumentou a minha capacidade de reflexão, de análise das situações por diferentes perspectivas e à tomada de decisões mais ponderadas e conscientes. Para isto, muito contribuiu o método do caso que nos incute a necessidade de um grande estudo individual, com o foco para a partilha em grupo e em aula. Um desafio ao longo do PGL foi a gestão do tempo, aliar a vida pessoal, profissional e académica. Através da organização dos assuntos/situações pela sua importância e urgência e com o apoio familiar, gerir o dia-a-dia ficou mais simples.
