Inovar e ser empreendedor atualmente é uma necessidade critica de diferenciação e de competitividade! Existe por isso a necessidade de criar culturas de iniciativa empreendedora para os jovens lançarem as suas aventuras empresariais (entrepreneurship) e/ou desenvolverem iniciativas empreendedoras dentro das organizações (intrapreneurship). Cada vez mais necessitamos de recursos profissionais que pensem, sintam e dominem todos os temas relacionados com a gestão da inovação para retirarem o melhor partindo das suas equipas, da tecnologia disponível e dos recursos tecnológicos que diariamente revolucionam os modelos de negócio e de experiência de cliente. [/av_toggle] [av_toggle title='Objetivos' tags=''] O Entrepreneur Challenge pretende capacitar e dotar gestores e empreendedores (ou potenciais empreendedores), de novas ferramentas e conhecimento estratégico, tático e operacional na gestão de uma startup. Esse know-how irá permitir:
- Antecipar tendências e novas oportunidades de negócio
- Sistematizar e definir inovadores modelos de negócio
- Melhorar a avaliação de tecnologias emergentes
- Inspirar equipas, culturas e organizações para um espírito mais pró-ativo e empreendedor
- Implementação de ágeis modelos de lançamento para novos produtos e serviços
- Utilizar ferramentas de gestão (business model canvas, design thinking & lean innovation)
- Dominar as técnicas de pitch
Módulos Será lecionado um conjunto de módulos programáticos com conteúdos relevantes sobre as temáticas core da inovação e empreendedorismo, na perspetiva de uma start-up. O método de aprendizagem será um misto entre conferência e método do caso. MVP Week O MVP Week será um momento do programa onde os alunos se juntam em equipas para desenvolver em formato sprint um novo produto/serviço.
A partir de uma ideia, os participantes devem conseguir, durante 2 semanas desenvolver, todas as valências necessárias para a criação de um minimum valiable product, por forma a ser testado no mercado.
Durante essas semanas serão acompanhados por mentores externos que lhe darão as guidelines necessárias à conclusão com sucesso dos projetos.
O DemoDay seria o último dia do programa onde os grupos apresentam os resultados do MVP Bootcamp a um júri, empresas e investidores.
