Oseas Ramírez Assad - Technology, Psychology, Innovation for a better world Oseas is a serial entrepreneur and intrapreneur with a 20-year track record of spearheading innovation at startups and within large enterprises. Passionate about the intersection of cutting-edge technology, human development, entrepreneurship, and innovation, Oseas is currently the CEO of Axialent, a multi-national culture transformation consulting firm serving large enterprises, including clients such as P&G, Citi, Facebook, Microsoft, Cisco, BBVA, Mercado Libre, among many others. Additionally, he sits at the board of the startups he co-founded, and advises large corporations internationally on innovation topics. As a public speaker he has presented in several countries across the Americas, Europe and Asia. On the corporate side, Oseas worked for Cisco Systems HQ for six years, during which he led three major corporate-wide efforts: First, he was in charge of the development of the company’s top 2% talent worldwide, focusing on Senior Managers. Second, while leading this initiative, he co- founded and internally spun-off Startup//Cisco, a companywide movement that trains employees on how to adopt startup innovation best practices to reinvigorate Cisco’s startup DNA. This work is now documented in an IESE business case. Finally, he was responsible for leading the design and implementation of Cisco's worldwide network of Innovation Centers’ co-innovation strategy, engaging key customers across the world. During this final phase he also traveled the world evangelizing organizations on Cisco’s innovation strategy. STARTUPS On the startup side, Oseas has founded or co-founded four Mexico-based startups, with the most successful being (a) weknow (we-know.net), the leading LatAm e-learning solutions and services provider, and (b) ID2R (Ideas To Results – id2r.co), an innovation orchestration firm specialized in medium and large organizations seeking to establish or accelerate their innovation capabilities, acquired by Axialent. CAREER He started his career co-founding a web development business at age 17, and then continued as the CIO of a newspaper one year later. He has worked as an ISP’s CTO, a licensed Psychologist (Family Therapist), public speaker, college teacher, entrepreneur and startup mentor. He obtained his MBA in the United States as a Fulbright Scholar.
The campus is housed in a building that dates back to 1916. It was the HQ for the Louis H. Chalif dance school and, prior to that, for Columbia Artists Management. This firm represented some of the biggest international names in the arts world.
Today, IESE’s reputation for academic excellence and top research in the context of training managers is an appropriate continuity for the building, given its historical past. Creativity, innovation and forward thinking live on inside these walls. [/av_toggle] [av_toggle title='Price' tags='']
