Como médica e elemento da Direção Executiva enfrento, diariamente, desafios complexos que exigem decisões ponderadas e orientadas pelas melhores práticas.
Uma das razões que me motivou a participar foi o caráter multidisciplinar do PADIS. programa que reúne professores de áreas científicas diversas, como medicina, engenharia, economia e gestão. Esta diversidade trouxe uma perspetiva “fora da caixa” essencial para abordar a saúde de forma integrada, quebrando barreiras entre disciplinas e promovendo soluções adaptadas à realidade dos cuidados de saúde em Portugal.
A metodologia baseada no Método do Caso foi outro aspeto que me cativou. O estudo de casos práticos, inspirados em situações reais, promoveu o desenvolvimento do pensamento crítico e da tomada de decisões baseadas no bom-senso, na integridade e no conhecimento. Este modelo formativo capacitou-me para aplicar soluções ajustadas às necessidades específicas de cada situação, seja no âmbito estratégico ou operacional.
A minha participação no PADIS foi, sem dúvida, uma mais-valia pessoal e profissional. Esta formação permitiu-me contribuir de forma ainda mais eficaz para a missão que desempenho, promovendo uma gestão estratégica alinhada com os desafios do SNS e com as necessidades da população.
