Saímos daqui com uma visão renovada, mais abrangente e com ferramentas necessárias para enfrentar os desafios do mundo empresarial.
Mas, o meu maior agradecimento é aos meus colegas de curso. Recordarei sempre com carinho os três dias em Madrid, onde mergulhamos em uma experiência única de aprendizado e convivência. Foi nesse cenário desafiador e estimulante que nos conhecemos melhor, compartilhando momentos fortalecemos nossos laços. Desde o início, fui desafiado a repensar a minha abordagem à liderança, à inovação e à gestão estratégica. O PDE não é apenas um curso académico, mas uma experiência de transformação pessoal e profissional.
O que o torna verdadeiramente único é o ambiente de partilha e colaboração que se desenvolve entre os participantes. Cada sessão, cada discussão em grupo, foi uma oportunidade para aprender e crescer. O programa vai muito além do "saber fazer"; ele mergulha no "saber estar" e no "saber ser", explorando as facetas mais profundas da liderança moderna.
Os trabalhos em grupo foram particularmente enriquecedores, permitindo-nos confrontar diferentes perspetivas e experiências. Este ambiente de debate crítico, mas construtivo, foi fundamental para expandir os nossos horizontes e nos preparar para os desafios que enfrentamos nas nossas organizações.
Mais do que as lições teóricas, o que levo comigo é a convicção de que a liderança eficaz depende das pessoas, da sua capacidade de colaborar, inovar e transformar desafios em oportunidades. O PDE mostrou-me que, com as ferramentas certas e o apoio de uma comunidade dedicada, estamos todos preparados para liderar com confiança e visão no futuro.
Recomendo vivamente o PDE a todos os que procuram não apenas adquirir conhecimento, mas transformar-se enquanto líderes.
