Tivemos a sorte de mesmo assim ter usufruído das aulas presenciais e da dinâmica dos grupos de trabalho.
Gostaria de salientar alguns pontos que achei fundamentais no PGL e que fazem desta formação uma ferramenta francamente enriquecedora.
O “Método de Caso” que permite abordar os temas com casos reais, onde quase sempre nós conseguimos identificar situações semelhantes na nossa vida profissional. Alguns deles são verdadeiros dilemas em que não há uma solução certa.
Os Trabalhos de grupo e discussão de casos onde temos a oportunidade de dissecar todos os pontos da situação apresentada no caso, trabalhando em várias perspetivas. E os Colóquios que abrangem as diversas áreas de organização, gestão e estratégia, permitindo ter uma visão global sobre a empresa.
Este programa permitiu explorar diferentes perspetivas e expandir a minha visão. Sinto que adquiri novas ferramentas para decisões mais estruturadas, mais eficientes e mais socialmente responsáveis. O PGL para mim foi um complemento à minha forma de ser, de estar e de sentir as pessoas que me rodeiam no dia a dia de trabalho.
Aprendi que os recursos humanos são a força motriz de uma empresa e que o sucesso depende da forma como estas estão inseridas no seu meio de ação.
O método do caso para mim, foi crucial para perceber e consolidar que para a obtenção de uma solução, existem inúmeras formas de abordagem dependendo da experiência, vivencia e formação de base que cada um possui. O diálogo é crucial.
Não podemos dar nada como adquirido, mas sim, perceber como o poderemos adquirir, utilizando a lealdade, compatibilizando meios e recursos para a obtenção de uma melhor solução para o espaço temporal em que estamos a tomar a decisão, nunca perdendo o foco no nosso alicerce, que é a família.
Sinto-me um profissional mais resiliente, mais completo. Para realmente usufruir de tudo o que o PGL nos oferece, é necessária uma dedicação contínua, às ‘aulas’, aos casos, ao estudo, ao grupo, à discussão, às semanas intensivas e aos momentos de convívio. O sucesso do PGL, para mim, está na soma de todas estas partes e se nos focarmos em apenas algumas, então estaremos a desperdiçar o potencial do programa.
É um programa único, não só o PGL, o 27º, pois o programa é tão feito pelos professores como pelos participantes e estes não se repetirão e mesmo que regressássemos todos ao início, estou certo que o desenrolar do programa seria diferente.
