O PADE, que a AESE propõe, proporcionou-me uma oportunidade única para, no momento em que vivemos, reciclar conhecimentos com rigor, qualidade e exigência; através de uma metodologia eficaz; e com uma perspetiva global. Neste contexto destaco:
1. O magnífico networking ao nível dos professores (muitos do IESE), convidados especiais e colegas do programa – criou-se uma dinâmica de grupo fantástica 2. A dimensão humanista da AESE acrescentou uma tónica muito importante à visão técnica de excelência (visão que tradicionalmente predomina em outras escolas) 3. A qualidade da organização do programa e o cuidado extremo com os participantes e com as instalações
