Num contexto cada vez mais complexo, imprevisível e competitivo, o método de estudo do caso fez toda a diferença na aprendizagem e apreensão de conceitos. Para além do conhecimento: estratégico, analítico e criativo; abordámos temas relevantes como: liderança, comportamento humano e gestão e análise de projetos. Reforcei a minha capacidade de adaptação, resiliência, perspetivas de resolução de problemas, assim como espírito critico.
Não menos importante foram as experiências e vivências nestes dois anos! Conheci pessoas incríveis, de diferentes idades, vivências, áreas e sectores. Troquei experiências, ideias, opiniões, perspetivas, desafios e soluções. Fiz amigos para a vida, com os quais partilhei momentos de alegria, tensão, superação e celebração.
O AESE Executive MBA foi um passo importante, mas não o último, sei que ainda tenho muito a aprender e a crescer, certamente mais fortalecida e com uma rede de contactos mais alargada! Um pouco como a água que entra nas rochas e vai abrindo o seu caminho dentro delas, assim também fazer um MBA possa ser para cada um forma de puder chegar a lugares e pessoas que estariam inacessíveis.
Ter tido a possibilidade de analisar de perto o core produtivo das empresas, onde a riqueza de um pais é criada e onde a quase maioria das pessoas e famílias encontra, por um lado o seu sustento e por outro alguma da sua construção pessoal; é um privilégio.
É, em primeiro lugar para cada um e depois para a sociedade, um ganho que se espera que possa só ter começado e que nunca acabe, pelas ferramentas que nos deu, poderemos retirar lições que nos enriquecerão pessoal e profissionalmente de forma contínua.
O facto do tempo de formação ter sido durante dois anos, pudemos conviver bastante com os nossos colegas, permitindo ter momentos muito variados de nos conhecermos e crescermos em partilhas.
Os temas são abordados dentro de uma casa que também é uma escola e que por esta razão não dispensa a “pessoa”, que está no centro de todo o conhecimento que nos propomos aprender.
Partimos sabendo que voltaremos. Voltamos ao local que congrega, que forma, que acolhe e proporciona, que é também o que cada um, de certa forma, sente como missão.
Os desafios futuros contêm incerteza, mas penso que será consensual que a IA é uma das grandes transformações que já acontecem e que mais vão moldar novos comportamentos, formas de vida e trabalho. Uma comunidade de pessoas formadas com foco na pessoa, poderá ter um contributo nesta fase da Historia, desde logo no seu trabalho, reflectindo as formas mais humanas de por a tecnologia ao serviço do homem e o rumo que as mesmas deverão seguir.
