Como engenheiro e empresário há mais de 30 anos, o PADE permitiu-me perceber e compreender os sucessos e insucessos da Alta Direção nas minhas Empresas mas, sobretudo, capacitou-me com conhecimento e experiências empresariais nesta “arte do possível” que é a Alta Direção.
