Senior Teaching Fellow
Carla Baltazar has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico. She attended several management and leadership courses, including PADE – C-Suit Program (2018/2019), at AESE Business School.
She was Managing Director in multinational consultancy companies. She played leadership roles in the technological areas and business process outsourcing services. She has been a driving force behind corporate and societal initiatives associated with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
She has been a Mentor in the One Step Ahead Women’s Leaders program, since 2021, at AESE Business School.
